Happy Mother’s Day…kinda. Although actual Mother’s Day is not until the 8th of May, Keeley Kay’s Mama celebrated on the 1st. How did they celebrate? On the Queen Mary, of course. Would you expect any less from this bunch? What a wonderful day it was too. Keeley Kay was dressed in a nautical ensemble, perfect for a day at sea (or in port). Grandma and Grandpa Keeley, Grandma and Grandpa O'Bannon, Aunt Shannon, Uncle Bill, Cousins, Mama and Daddy were all there to enjoy the Queen Mary’s Champagne Brunch. Live music, delicious cuisine and a fabulous atmosphere all helped make this day a perfect day. Mama was so happy to have a little princess like Keeley Kay to make Mother’s Day possible. What a precious gift.

Daddy was home from Florida and it was a beautiful day! It was a perfect day to spend at the Newport Dunes. The sun was shining, the water was glistening and the wind was still. Keeley Kay had the playground to herself which made for great fun and great picture opportunities. What a splendid way to spend Daddy’s first day home from Florida.

Party time! This time it is off to the Carnival (Aunt Joey’s house) to celebrate Cousin Ally’s 6th birthday. Cotton candy, popcorn and games oh my! Keeley Kay had an day full of sun, kids and excitement.

Today was a big day! Daddy became Dr. Thurman today! Keeley Kay and Mama were super excited and proud. To celebrate Daddy’s huge accomplishment, the family headed over to Anthill Pub to meet up with some friends. Daddy was spoiled with pitchers of beer and complements. The hard work is over and now it’s time to party!

Since their days living in Irvine were numbered, Mama, Daddy and Keeley Kay wanted to squeeze in as much time as possible hanging with friends at the Anthill Pub. This time it was to continue the celebration of Daddy’s accomplishments. Keeley Kay proved once again that she can hang with the big girls just fine!

Another day, another party. Daddy’s advisor Emily hosted a party to celebrate Daddy getting his PhD and moving on to UCLA. Everyone came out to show support and have fun at this awesome backyard- bonfire shindig. Keeley Kay had a blast playing with Annette, Cassidy and Bridgette. Mama realized she better give Keeley Kay some little sisters soon.

To end the month of May Keeley Kay dressed up in her patriotic colors and celebrated Memorial Day. Keeley Kay had a nice relaxing holiday, starting with lunch at Marmalade Cafe and then an afternoon stroll in the park.
